This is a multi-generational pseudomorph/replacement specimen. First mineral was calcite. You can see escalenohedral “dog-tooth” shape. Then calcite was substituted by dioptase. Dioptase was replaced/coated by this blue shattuckite we see in the specimen. To add more interest we can observe a layer of green dioptase on shattuckite. These specimens were found in 2011, in a unique pocket. Attractive and interesting from the not well known Tantara mine. THE MAIN CRYSTAL IS: 1,1 x 0,7 cm.
