Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate. Most of the specimens most appreciated by collectors have been collected in this Canadian locality. In this sample we can see a group of lazulite crystals, well defined, very bright and with that intense navy blue color. A certain transparence lets us see the colour when the light passes through it. It is disposed on a matrix with quartz crystals. Rapid Creek, in the Yukon, is only accessible for specimen collecting for a few months, in summer, the rest of the year snow covers the territory. It belongs from the Llorens collection (Barcelona). The main crystal is: 0,9 x 0,5 x 0,5 cm. 0,35 x 0,2 x 0,2 In.
